There are no term-based contracts or obligations required for a cleaning. Our services are structured to be flexible any busy lifestyle.

Your independent cleaning professional will arrive in the selected 2-hour arrival window chosen at the time of booking. They arrive fully equipped with all supplies necessary to clean a home. Generally, the first appointment occurs for the longest, as most cleaners will need time to adjust to a new cleaning area. Any future maintenance cleans will much faster.

Q. Do I need to prepare before a house cleaner arrives?

The best way to get ready for a clean is to organize as much as you can. This lets cleaners dial-in their focus on cleaning dust and grime, not spending time putting items away where they belong. Typically, customers will pick up toys or put away valuables beforehand.

Q. Does the same cleaner come every time?

Yes. The same cleaning provider will show up each visit. We realize it’s important to know you can trust the person coming into your home. Most teams arrive with 1-2 cleaners max depending of the type clean requested. All cleaners are criminally background checked, screen and vetted with in-person reviews of experienced and 3 professional/3 person references are required before registering our agency.

Q. Who is responsible for cleaning supplies?

Cleaners will arrive with all cleaning supplies necessary for each job. If you have specific cleaning supplies or eco-friendly products you’d like to be used, please ask the cleaner if that’s a possibility.

Q. Is someone required to be at home during the cleaning?

A majority of customers like to schedule appoints for cleaning while they’re busy at work or running errands during the day, while some prefer to be in the comfort of their home during the visit. We leave it up to you. A busy day is something we can help with. Since we work qualified house cleaners, we’re able to offer a magnificent housekeeping experience – guaranteed.

Q. How do cleaners enter the home for a booked cleaning job?

This part is up to you, we’re flexible with what you’re comfortable about. Customers often tell us one of the following is usually convenient: put the key underneath the doormat, the code to a doorstep lockbox, or provide us with the code to the garage. Q. Is it possible to reschedule or skip a planned appointment?

If you suspect an appointment change is needed, generally, we prefer a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to avoid cancellation charges. We’ll adjust your cleaning schedule to an alternate time or if you choose, cancel it.

Q. How and when do clients pay for cleaning services?

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is required when booking an appointment, either online or over the phone. Cards are not charged until after a home cleaning service has been completed.

Q. Is a tip required?

Tipping is not asked of clients, but cleaners definitely appreciate it when you do.

Q. What do you not clean?

Due to the safety of our teams the following services are currently not offered:

  • Cleaning of Extreme Clutter
  • Cleaning of Mold and/or other biohazards
  • Lifting items weighing over 25lbs (i.e. large furniture)
  • Heavy Scrubbing of Walls
  • High To Reach Areas (More than a 2 step ladder)
